Great stuff!

A request (I guess you have loads =P); Simon & Garfunkel or Johnny Cash?

Would love to hear you cover Sound of silence & Hurt!

Another great one, Glenn! Beautifully sung and played. And that Gibson is one cool guitar! Lovely song

Hi Rick,

Thank you! I very much appreciate your commenting!

Regarding requests, I have a fair number of Simon & Garfunkel songs I could do. I will work on this.

Thank you very much, Larry. How nice of you to comment! I'm really glad you liked this.

I also like this particular Gibson AJ. At first I wasn't all that enthusiastic about the sunburst finish, but it has really grown on me, and now, I like it a lot.

Geez, Glenn. You totally owned this song. Also sat through a few others by you...the highwayman is another cover you did well. Thanks for sharing, Glenn...and keep the tunes coming!

I'll be enjoying more of your videos right now.

Glenn,

Nicely done!...your cover reminded me of a perfect spring day and another place I would like to be (I am hot humid Tampa right now). Your voice and playing style has a great range and made me think you could cover "Louise" by Bonnie Raitt to "Family reserve" and "If you were to wake up" by Lyle Lovett.

Hi BB,

You always have just the right words! Thank you so very much for always coming up with them, including for this song, "Beautiful!"

Regarding other songs, I have played "Louise," but that is one song my wife greatly dislikes, and so I haven't played it in years. I don't know "Family Reserve" or "If You Were To Wake Up." I will go look them up and see what they are like.

It's been fun, learning new songs. I don't know when I have learned so many new pieces, maybe when I was doing top-40 songs, and that's 30 years ago! I am working on a song that Bruce Bubs recommended to me that's new for me, also.

Thank you very much for listening and commenting Basalt Beach!

Absolutely lovely, Glenn. Such feeling in your voice and an absolutely gorgeous accompaniment on your AJ. A perfect feel all around and that's what it's all about.

I can't remember which you guitar you're playing there. Anyway, good excuse for another listen. Really nice Glenn, please don't ever run out of songs.

I've only been introduced to Gordon Lightfoot through the AGF, and have only heard a few tunes. I hadn't heard this one but your version grabbed me straight away Glenn. Thanks for posting
