This model has a nice looking shaded finish over a solid mahogany top. The Grand Concerts 24-7/8” scale and smaller 12-fret size makes the reduced tension from the 12-string design very manageable, with a nice and slinky feel to the guitar. It makes a great 12-string choice for tracking in a studio, and behaves well with other instruments in a live setting.I'm including a new set of Elixir strings recommended by Taylor for this model.
