Mine has what looks for all the world like a crack in the top, but it is simply a slight separation in the very top layer of the top. It doesn't go through.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing AZ. My guess is that if your top was sprayed to a gloss that would even be more noticeable. I still dig the slick black ice look of these tops under gloss.
