Dalbergia Retusa is in the Leguminosae Family, but it's not Jacaranda Rosewood, It's Cocobolo Rosewood. Some builders won't build with it due to the high risk of Dermatitis from the dust and oils in the wood when processing. Not a problem with the bare wood, normally. Jacaranda is a catch-all name that covers a lot of woods, some of which are not rosewoods at all. Here is a "for instance". This guitar is Jacaranda Para, from Brazil, but not a "Dalbergia".

I’m pretty certain those ‘jacaranda’ sets on eBay are just plantation grown Indian rosewood.
