Congratulations!!
I was diagnosed with stage 1 melanoma cancer back in January 2016. Fortunately surgery got it all and I've been cancer free since then. After that, I went into a downward spiral, feeling guilty about getting cancer and scared to death that it would return. Spent lots of time indoors, sitting on the couch and tanked out at 270lbs in July of last year. A fellow cancer survivor kicked me in the but with the advice " Live life like you don't have cancer". I got off my butt and started walking every day. I'm now doing 6 miles every day of the week. Some days, I jog the route. As of this morning, I've lost 45 lbs. I'm down to 225. BP is 115 over 75. Chlorestoral is 162. The goal is to get down to 215. Pretty close to what I weighed when I was in the Navy in 1984.

Awesome job, Barry! Keep up the great work. Last year was a tough health year for me, so I'm trying to turn it around in 2018. Appreciate the inspiration!
