Default New2MeGD Epiphone ES339

New to me Epiphone es-339 .... Perhaps my best bang for the buck purchase ever. Picked up used. Plays and looks beautiful. Quality construction. Many great tones with push-pull pots for toggling each P\U between Humbucker or Single Coil. Truly amazing what great guitars are available today at these price points.

Very nice. A friend is trying to talk me into a semi hollow body electric. It's one of a few types of guitars I don't own (yet).

Epiphone makes a nice guitar.

Thanks, I had a 335 for a while, it was very nice, but a little big and bulky. This 339 really does everything that the 335 did for me, plus more with the single coil switching. Smaller and lighter to boot, which is also an added plus. A lot of guitar for the money.

Congrats! I purchased an Epiphone dot Studio as an inexpensive guitar to have around and just noodle on and ended up loving it so much I've ordered a custom Heritage H-555. If anyone is in Chicago, it's up on Reverb for local delivery: https://reverb.com/item/5386314-memo...6-gloss-cherry

Like you said, lots of guitar for the money.

Cheers...

Todd in Chicago
