Why Banjitars can be a hoot
Someone on the main forum site asked about Banjitars, I just got a cheap Zoom recorder at Sweetwater Fest last month so I thought I would give it a try. I play this song on guitar as well but do it very differently on Banjitar. Love it on Banjitar and this shows why this instrument is a kick at least for me. My Deering is a B6 open back with a maple rim, less than 10 were made a couple of years ago. Most are steel rimed with a resonator. These Deerings are first class, better neck than on my guitars and setup perfect.

Nicely done! Banjitars were never on my radar until I saw a concert on Netflix with this song in it....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LewksJaeJ-s

Very nicely done! Banjitars are still not on my radar - I doubt it would really catch on. Maybe someday later, to have a little fun on. Right now I'm learning bluegrass banjo and that's quite a handful already.
