Default Yamaha CG182C

Does this model have laminate rosewood back and sides or solid rosewood back and sides?

The descriptions I have read only state rosewood back and sides?

Usually if it's solid it says so - given the price point, I'd have to guess it is a laminate guitar.

Laminate. You have to go up to the GC series (Grand Concert) to have solid backs and sides.

I believe the last CG series to be all-solid was the discontinued CG201S (Made in Taiwan, before Yamaha relocated its operations to mainland China). But that model only had solid mahogany backs and sides paired with a solid spruce top.
