Default I Have to Once Again Give Props...

...to Baggs Customer Service. They went above and beyond.

I was going to sell my Baggs Session DI. Found a buyer. Before I stuck it into the box, I decided to give it a good check to see it was all working. In short, I found a short. Well, the phase button seemed to pop and crackle loudly as I pushed it, but at times it would cause the unit to go silent. If I left it alone, it worked great. I instead shipped it to Baggs. I got it back today. No, Wait. I didn't get it back toady. Instead I got a whole brand new unit.

I still left my ad up on the forum here, and during the wait, I had more offers to buy the unit when I got it back. I will have to think on how to go about. But for now, a big shout out to Baggs for keeping their customers happy.

The LR Baggs support team has gone above-and-beyond for me on multiple occasions - from supplying me with extra sensor saddles for the old Hex system to replacing a malfunctioning mic in a long-serving Anthem SL system. Their sterling reputation is well-deserved.

That is good to hear, as it has always been my experience.
