I'm glad someone else commented. This has to be the DEAL OF THE YEAR for a handcrafted fine instrument like this from the late Lance McCollum!!! If Lance were still alive and building his great guitars, I'm certain this would run at least $8,000-$9,000 today. You could buy lower end Taylors, Martins, etc. for $2,000 and not have near the guitar that this probably is, not to mention the exquisite "Tree" mahogany that this has.

No affiliation or relationship with the seller, just shocked that this hasn't been snatched up. I had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with Lance and his widow Dawn a number of times back in the old original Healdsburg Festival days. RIP Lance, your guitars and craftsmanship live on!!
