***PRICE DROP $2,799*** Martin Om-18 1933 Authentic (2014)
Hi all,
I am selling my Martin OM-18 1933 Authentic, non-VTS 2014 model. I have loved this guitar for the past few years but am letting it go, and at a price for the AGF community. https://www.martinguitar.com/guitars...uthentic-1933/ Price is $2,799 w/hardshell case + shipping (no trades, firm). Condition The guitar is in great player shape 9/10 in terms of cosmetics - a small half inch light ding on the front of the guitar, a very light rash from a buckle on the back, and there are some light pick scratches on/around the pick guard (mostly on the pick guard), the first three frets are 90% perfect, and the rest are 100%. And I also had an LR Baggs anthem pickup professionally put in ($200 value) as a soundboard transducer - no modifications made inside the guitar.. The guitar sounds wonderful through an amp. The case does have some significant scratches on it, and I'll post a picture, however they are cosmetic. Here are two clips that capture the magic of the instrument (recorded on an iPhone) -- Clip 1 (solo guitar) Clip 2 (Played through amp/loop pedal, iPhone caught the guitar live and the loop at the same time) You can reply here/PM me, or email to [email protected] Located in San Francisco and will consider local deals as well. Here are the specs -- CONSTRUCTION: Mahogany Blocks/Dovetail Neck Joint - Hide Glue Construction BODY SIZE: 000-14 Fret TOP MATERIAL: Solid Adirondack Spruce TOP BRACING PATTERN: Standard "X" Scalloped (Authentic Style) Circa 1933 BACK/SIDE MATERIAL: Solid Genuine Mahogany NECK SHAPE: Authentic 1933 Barrel & Heel NUT MATERIAL: Bone SCALE LENGTH: 25.4" FINGERBOARD WIDTH AT NUT: 1-3/4" FINGERBOARD WIDTH AT 12TH FRET: 2-1/4" BRIDGE STRING SPACING: 2-3/8" SADDLE: 16" Radius/Long Bone RECOMMENDED STRINGS: Martin Bronze medium Gauge (M150) BRIDGE & END PINS: Black CASE: 533V Harptone Style ELECTRONICS: none (LR Baggs Anthem aftermarket) Thanks, -Kevin Last edited by Kuland; 05-31-2017 at 04:16 PM. |

I met with forum member SKYHIGH today and he can vouch for the condition of the instrument at being a 9/10. This is a great players guitar.
Price is $2,799 + shipping. Looking to get this out by the weekend! Thank you. |

Indeed I had chance to audition this guitar. Sounded great and condition was great for most part with minor signs of usage. I wish I was in the situation to pull the trigger.
Cheers! |

I don't usually push a guitar when I have the same model listed on the AGF for sale at the same time, but. . . .
these are truly great instruments! John |
