I don't name my guitars, but...
Due to budget restraints, I purpose them by what they could be...
Dirt bike Jet ski table saw jointer I am saving up for bass boat and harley (Huss & Dalton and old Martin) and, a motorhome is on the wish list (Charis) |

I like this. As long as you don't start naming them: December's Rent, Monthly Groceries, or Wedding Band, I think you're all right.

Well, I live in New York City so I suppose mine would be:
- Cab fare - One week's groceries - One round of drinks for friends - Oh and one-dinner-out-at-a-nice-restaurant is on my wish list (Traugott) |

Never named any of my guitars, although I have, on occasion, temporarily referred to them (individually) in a hyphenated manner usually prefixed with "son-of-a" or "mother-" or something similar.
Again, these have been only on rare and very temporary occasions. No permanent names for my guitars. |

mine are named for me: martin, taylor, gibson and fender just to name a few.
