Sullivan Street strum pattern

I am working on the ridiculously easy beginner song Sullivan Street by the Counting Crows. I can usually find anything online but I cannot seem to find the strum pattern for the verse and also the chorus. I have slowed down a couple of Youtube videos but I still cant figure it out. Anyone?

I know,I know. If it sounds right it is right. But still can anyone help?
