Default working on the neck

Fred is currently working on 3 guitars, including my baritone and sent me some progress pictures of his work on the neck...later pictures were taken while making the adjustment for the tuners before finish stage. Heel cap and signature inlay on the headstock still to be done.

Think my left hand will have more then enough to play with, with this 28' scale...

Looking good, Fred! Nice when the lacquer is finally going down. Finally warm enough this coming week that I can do the same.

Talking ---The End---

The last fews steps in the building process have been achieved. Now I have to plan a rendez-vous with Fred to pick it up.

Here are some pics of the final chapter of the build.

Looks awesome, especially the black tuners on a blonde neck.

Jean-Francois will be happy to know the guitar now resides in a Tweed case, I did a case swap with the Cocobolo Fan fret.

Congrats, JF.

If your schedule permits, you are welcome to drop by on your way back from Windsor to show off this beauty. We can have a beer, take photos of your new guitar, etc.
