Thanks, all.

This guitar is a home run - great work!
No stain, just typical darkening under finish. The whole thing probably looks a little lighter in person but the photos are close. I also like the way all the colors work together. Enough contrast but complimentary. Thanks.

Forgot to say that after hearing it, I'm REALLY happy with this cedar. This is the first of the batch that I've built with and I'm glad I have plenty more.

Just wanted to follow this up. Backpocket posted a review of this in the main forum. And here is another quick and dirty recording I made before shipping it.

Stunning tone from the very beginning! Another great one, Kent. I'm sure the customer will be more than thrilled. And it will mature; wow!

This illustrates once again the primacy of the builder in terms of tone. I played a "similar" luthier-built guitar recently -- same wood combo and size -- and the sounds could not be more different. I prefer Kent's, hands down, but others might want another tone.

The guitar sounds fabulous in your hands, Kent. You may not be Tommy Emanuel or Tony Rice, but you have exactly the right chops to demonstrate just how beautiful your guitar can sound! Really outstanding in every way.

Thanks for all the kind words. And always fun to break into a new stash of wood!
