Default Taylor NS24 vs Cordoba Fusion 14RS

I have owned several NS24's including the limited with Cedar top as well as a Taylor NS42 and I loved all of them but the trading bug always hits me. I particularly like the Taylor crossover sound and playability. I have heard a bit about the Cordoba Fusion models but have found none locally to play. For those of you who have had the pleasure to play both could you give me our opinions on the differences. Thanks
