Default NGD for my wife. Francisco Navarro Concert Classical

It just arrived after a few months wait.

Mary has had a good chance to play her new guitar now.... she likes that the Navarro is a bit thinner in the body than the Yamaha classical... it does strain her shoulder as much... the scale is smaller than her prior guitar so she is getting used to it (fretting finger accuracy)... the greatest difference is in sound quality and volume... the basses are much stronger and confident sounding... the treble strings have a more rounded sound... rounder, slightly slower decay which is pleasing to the ears... the whole tonal range has expanded and allows the songs to sound better... this guitar is everything I had hoped it would be... a higher quality classical that fit her smaller body better and would allow her to improve her skills for years to come... its a guitar thats able to perform with her in the future... she loves it... so.. I love it...

Nothing better than having someone loving the gift you give them. Great story and a beautiful guitar!
