Ed and Bills yearly concerts.
http://www.virtuerecords.com/ (concert times, dates on the right hand corner) thurs 12/6 , free at Northeast State univ, blountville tn fri 12/7, Jubilee in asheville sat 12/8 Gatlinburg Tn Blountville has very nice acoustic sound, seating i'm guessing a very nice 300 or so, excellent visibility, sometimes Gerald Sheppard(luthier) might open for the duo. very nice concert-did i mention its free! Jubilee charges, cannot remember how much but its still very nice. lots of Christmas favorites and Ed's new album has some beatles covers and i think a Bob D song(killing the blues), he usually performs some of these as well. Bill does a mix and is always outstanding. Fingerstyle at its best! see you there d |

"Killing the Blues" was written by Rowland Salley (Roly Salley) not Bob D...

I saw Bill a few years ago. He's an amazing guitar player and composer. I enjoyed his show very much. If you didn't witness it first first hand, you would swear there were 2 guitar players on stage.
