First of all, I'm not a fan of pop, really, But I like her, especially after seeing the vid of her in the hospital visiting that kid, she was great. The general mood of her new video made me smile, because of her personality. Sorta reminds me of Juice Newton when she did Loves been a little bit hard on me. 'Yknow, good sense of humor, able to laugh at herself...Lets hope she doesn't go the way of Miley Cyrus.

It's cute; no more, no less.

A lot of work goes into making one of those videos.

I heard she had gone "completely" pop recently.

Guess it's true.

Nothing like a young woman crawling through a bunch of female butts and lower legs

Must be that marketing,

I guess it was only a matter of time before Taylor started Twerking. Look out for a Miley haircut and Taylor making out with a teddy bear at the Grammys.

In the video Taylor demonstrated that she can't twerk. The shot of her crawling underneath all of that booty seals the deal. The video is filled with self-depricating moments. And many of her fans can relate. She tells them to just shake it off -- it's no big deal if you can't measure up.

A great piece of songwriting... catchy tune, social worth without getting the slightest bit deep, and some very fresh and modern sound/vocal technique.

Can't see the video here at work, but assume that's the new one she was promoting with her 'live stream on yahoo' on Monday. I watched/listened to about 60 seconds of the video. Boring pop. Nothing to 'hook' anyone over the age of 17. If you saw the live stream, that was the maximum age of the audience, most of which were squealing teen girls. Her voice, while in tune (assume she doesn't need autotune all the time like B Spears), certainly is nto anythign particularly impressive as to tone.

I had to look up "twerk" or "twerking," since I had never heard or read the term before.

It's not my kind of music, but I did think it was catchy and very cleverly done. I listened to the entire video and enjoyed it. I find myself liking Taylor Swift, as a person, more and more. I give her a lot of credit.

Her promo team I bet would be happy even the AGf set is talking about her regularly. Complete cultural saturation at this point.

When she got to the cheerleader section...

...I had an immediate visceral throw back to one of my all time absolutely favorite songs and clips from Toni Basil:

And I agree with Glenn:

I like it. Cool chick. Superstar and it seems like she's only half trying. Being herself.
