Sorry to see you're letting this one go. It's a beautiful guitar and I read the review back in June.

Where are you located? Having never played a Casper, I'd prefer to see and play it prior to considering a purchase.

Hello,

thank you for the compliment.
Im in Nortwest, Fl.

Its an amazing instrument.
This guitar, the body shape, is my design, and i based it on a Goodall GC in part as i really like the Goodall body shape and sound.
Kenneth is an exceptional Luthier and can build anything

wow - that is a beauty - love the trim on the headstock too. Sure would like to hear from some others who've played a Casper.

Thank you.

I sold a Custom Larrivee LS-09 "one of a kind" RW/Italian and also a Kolaya Carmen Amazon RW / Carpathian on the AGF in the last 3 weeks.
This is my 3rd really special guitar to offer on the AGF and its stunningly beautiful with a fabulous tone .
Its a true deal for this special guitar and the owner will be very very happy.
Its a wonderful custom instrument.

I would say the tone is more similar to the Kolaya Carmen .
The Larrivee has a lot of power and a beautiful tone, but tended slightly more towards the fundamental, similar to say a Webber.
The Casper Custom, similar to the Kolaya or a Goodall, also has a nicely defined fundamental but adds overtone layers to the sound combined with sweet mids which gives the tone a lot of richness and width.
Sweet, rich, full, and balanced, is the way i would describe the tone of the Casper Custom.
Kenneth Casper designes his guitars to sound very rich and balanced.
He is a spectacular luthier.

You mentioned that it's great as a finger stylist's guitar, what about strumming?

Thanks.
