Default The Rose of Allendale

Simple song, took only an hour to learn it and record 4 "takes" to get a decent recording so I can show you how not to learn a tune,

Arrangement by AGF member Jim Tozier from his Celtic Guitar Solos book and cd set.

CGDGAD tuning, capo 2 played on the Guild D-120, JP bluegrass strings. XY mics at lower bout about 18" away.

Love it - but really love your Star recording in your sig!!

Nice work, well paced, clear and precise fingering... nothing to distract from the melody and counterpoint. Nicely done. Very nicely done!!
