I just think with your vocals being smooth sounding, you would be taking advantage of that. See if you can put some emotion in those vocals, you have a pleasant enough voice.
Just some suggestions. Take 'Em or leave 'Em.

Hi,

Some constructive criticism............big Steel Dan fan....

It sounds like you're playing the same first two chords for the first and second phrase, they are not the same, many online tabs have them wrong too.

In Am the correct chords are

Am Dm G C
F Bb C G
Am Dm G C
F Bb C Dm

Chorus

C F Am Bb

I'll let you transpose to Em, good practice. You have a nice tone, hope you take this as well meaning constructive criticism.........
