Now I understand there is no such thing as too many guitars however I have been noticing something lately. I don't know if this has more to do with me not having as much time to play lately or not but I'm finding I have a hard time playing certain guitars. For example: I seem to gravitate towards my Les Paul and Explorer the most, but when I try to play say the schecter or the Telecaster I have a hard time playing them. I keep missing notes or picking patterns. Could the changes in the scales and feel of the instruments really make that much of a difference? Am I alone in this issue? Or after 12 years of playing do I just suck.....which is sad if so.

Part of the Telecasters problem granted is the inability of it to stay put and continuously dive bombing.

Thanks for any advice or thoughts,

Mike

How does not buying a Taylor help the O.P. with his Gibson and Fender guitars?
