So, offers have been coming in, but quite low. This model built today at his Fort Bragg shop in the hands of the master builder would cost $7900. The case is a deluxe version that adds to that. 50% of that cost is $3950. If that helps you find what is a fair price. Hawaiian built guitars were quite a bit cheaper.
