Brand new build. Advice regarding preamps.what is the best for Fingerstyle custom bui

Putting together a brief for my Luthier for a Custom build Fingerstyle guitar. If money is no problem. What is everyone’s suggestions on preamp. It will be plugged into a Roland AC60 acoustic amp. I am after something that will give me the purity of the tone and if required some control on the contour and phase, perhaps a built in tuner as well.
