Default An Ciarraioch Mallaithe (Petros Yellow Rose)

Hello everyone,

Here's my new arrangement of "An Ciarraioch Mallaithe", a traditional Irish love song, played on a 2007 Petros Yellow Rose.

Tuning is Eb/Bb/D/F/Bb/F capo 4.

Thank you for listening.

Beautiful bro...hope your cd is coming out soon! it will be permanently installed on my Bose ...one thing I notice on the Yellow Rose is that the base notes have a lovely subtle cello like bloom, while the trebs are so rounded. Your touch brings it out nicely Pisano!

Beautiful. This is a strong candidate for the closing song on the CD. Probably my favorite yet.
Well done.

Thanks, Fred! I was happy to count on my Petros for this Irish piece. The Yellow Rose keeps growing on me...

Thank you. Not the most "macho" guitar around but I do enjoy playing it...

Thanks, Eric. You know that I don't even have a CD player in my home right now...

The Yellow Rose is a bit ornate but it's a fine instrument. I like it very much. I'm thinking of asking Bruce to build me a plain version so I can abuse it a little more.

Thanks so much. My previous arrangement of this piece was a bit too harsh and I wanted the new version to be more calm and peaceful...
