Worth purchasing a Seagull MJM6?
It's second hand for 450AUD. I've checked it out and the Guitar seems to be in good shape and out sounds great. But would it be better to save up for the S6? I play mostly fingerstyle.

Not necessarily. If you like it buy it. From what I can gather they come from the old M series. Laminate Mahogany B/S with cherry as a middle filler wood. It's a mini jumbo and should fingerstyle well.

I have both the S-6 and the M6 dreds ... both are great.
The M6 has a spruce top while the S-6 has a cedar top. The back and sides are both laminate ... S-6 all wild cherry, M6 mahogany with a layer of cherry in between. For finger style, I'd lean toward the S-6. The M6 is sort of a "cannon". I paid $250 USD for my used M6 including hard shell case.
