Here's a post from last September on the Steel Guitar Forum - looks like the owner was going to be out of commission for a few months.

Yeah, their website has been up and running but I can't get anyone there on the phone & no response to my emails. I ordered a slide January 22 & still haven't received it. They took my money though. Caveat emptor.

The slide came in the mail today. Postmarked 3 days after I started this thread and arrived 2 months and 6 days since it was ordered. Whatever negative publicity this thread caused could have been avoided with an email or returned phone call from Paloma Slides.
I bear no malice toward Mr. Seibert and wish him good health and prosperity for the rest of his days.
