I have a meat lasagna in the oven for the family, and just made shrimp garden rolls for me. The broccoli will be steamed when the lasagna is cooling.

Nice thick bone-in pork chops, cooked sous-vide and finished off in a cast-iron pan. Sides of creamed spinach and mushrooms, and roasted fingerling potatoes. Couple of IPAs for me, and red wine for her. I love this restaurant

We just went to our favorite Pizza place and had a couple of roast beef sandwiches and then out to GC, Bed Bath and Beyond and finally the grocery store.

The excitement is mind boggling once you hit your sixties, lol

Ribs smoked for about 6 hours, cornbread with chilies and
Cream corn added, 6 different types of beans slow roasted. Topped off with home made huckleberry cheese cake for desert.

Cut back tomorrow for the super bowl!

Egg and bacon pie made with neighbors fresh eggs (not supermarket) and a mild spicy chili infused bacon.
Fresh garden salad.
