Default Show 'n Tell

Thanks, it is wonderful to have and to hold (and of course to play).

Even did a 'show 'n tell' at the office today. Everyone seems impressed, everywhere i go with it.

I wish, Tom, I could make it to Woodstock. I haven't completely given up hope, but..........

We made Bob record his own demo for this guitar which can be daunting, but he did great! I hope you hear how this small guitar with silk n' steel strings has a nice big voice. Also the last track I included because it's just fun to hear a new owner playing around on their guitar. Thanks everyone.

Enjoy!
I thought I would pull this to this page.

Some call it 'style' while others..well..

I will take 'style' Tom, thank you very much. I will say we steal, er, borrow each other's material, but it's really fun when someone steals, er, borrows from the stealer! Not only did I take joy in hearing 'my' version of "The Love of God" recorded by a friend of Steve's, but just saw 'my' version of The Christmas Song, borrowed by Josh Turner, who borrowed it from Mark Hanson, my one-time guitar teacher (all giving credit, of course)!

What do we say, stealing is the sincerest form of flattery or something!

Here's Josh doing a fabulous job on a non-Kinnaird guitar (yet). Trying to change that. Someone have him call me, please!

https://youtu.be/eFv1NSsEvs4

Happy listening..gosh it's nearly time for The Christmas Spirit!

Default Christie Cook

To give further credit, The Love of God was recorded by Christie Cook on her album "Dia Maith: Celtic Hymns and Tunes" available on iTunes...will sound familiar if you've listened to Steve or I plunking away on it!

Lovely!

Ha, I thought I was the only one that knew about Josh Turner! That kid is phenomenally talented and where he comes up with all his friends that can sing and play, oh my....I feel like a weird groupie cuz I am so old and he is so young, but I love all of his playing and songs and group stuff! Is he making a big name for himself?

So that is your arrangement Bob?

I wanna get a Kinnaird guitar in his mitts! Sign me up as another Old Fart Groupie and, well, was my arrangement 'til he went and added so much it is barely recognizable! Mark Hanson's version is REALLY CLOSE to mine and is in one of his books...fun/easy to learn. Played real jazzy in the middle of the year, people can't quite place it...very fun!
