Default Takamine Graph-Ex preamp problem

The end pin jack on my 2001 Takamine LTD is starting to have problems. It started with losing connectivity. It would reconnect with repositioning the instrument cable probe. Now something inside of the jack is preventing the instrument cable from being fully inserted. I don't know if it's a broken leaf spring or what, I haven't taken the guitar apart yet. What should I expect when I do take the jack out of the guitar? Is the jack an off the shelf item or is it proprietary to the Graph-Ex preamp?

Pretty sure it's just a standard stereo jack similar to this one.

Kris
Thank you, that looks like it will be exactly what I need to get.
