Default K & K mini on a Merrill OM?

Anyone know if a K & K will fit correctly on the small bridgeplate of a Merrill OM (pyramid bridge)?

The tech just eyeballed it and said it will be close due to the narrowness of the bridgeplate.

If you learn that a K&K won't fit, consider a JJB Prestige 220. It has two instead of three piezos.

I bought a Brondel A2 rather than put a pickup in my Merrill. Laurent put the K&K in it. I prefer the round of the Anthem Butch Boswell put in my Santa Cruz Dread.

Best of luck on your quest.

Try contacting Jim Merrill directly,
he may have installed a K&K on one of his guitars per customer request.

Default Thanks

For the responses.

Just got it back from the tech and he was able to squeeze it on (barely). Sounds great.
