Default Never Been Cool (Original Song)

This is one of my songs. I don't normally share my own writing, but this is one of my better efforts, and I figure I should document these tunes while I can. There are some details about the tune in my YouTube description if anyone is remotely interested. I have been told that this song is hummable, so that's something, LOL.

I really enjoyed this one Tim. Nice vibe, great chorus and an interesting story.

Wow, you write too! I’m impressed - I like the song, I like the performance, and I disagree with the conclusion!

Well done Tim…

Glenn, I can't really thank you enough for being such a good person. You, Joe, and Ray have really given me the confidence to keep making videos.

Yeah, that was kind of my musical persona for several years, as a singer-songwriter. People kept trying to put me in a specific genre, which I thought was hilarious. I don't write as much as I used to, but I am in the process of recording a few of my tunes.

Thank you for the way too kind words on my little tune.

So it's not hummable? Lol.

Well, that is very cool! Glad we could help out! But you are helping others out, too, so it all works out in the end! Keep at it, Tim!

Yeah, I tend to suffer from depression and anxiety and can fall into that place where I see myself as a musical fraud and become extremely self-loathing. It's not good, and I know it's delusional. Over the last few years with the support from people like you guys and others, I have come a long way. It's best to be honest about things like mental health issues, I believe, in order to get better. And I became a recluse musically for over a decade, and that didn't help anybody, especially me and my son.

So you might not realize what a positive influence that you, Joe, Ray, and others have been, and I can't thank you guys enough. And I do try to pass it on if I can--Tim.
