Default Resonate, the movie

The entire film is uploaded on Youtube. In two parts. Part two is like 2 minutes

Worth watching. Some good interviews, and a really nice walkthrough of the building process at National.

Great - I have a national single cone; if someone held a gun to my head and said I could only keep one of my various guitars and instruments, it would be the one I'd keep, without a doubt. Thanks so much for the post, I enjoyed every second of it. Wasn't that piece Mike Dowling played wonderful?

If you own a wooden single cone, you are struck by the tone he pulls out of that thing! Without picks... He's one of my favorite resonator players for sure. Especially his "rootsy" early jazz stuff.

Can't see it at work but I'm going to watch when I get a chance. Mike Dowling is great. I just picked up a National Bendaway last month and finally did a gig with it Monday night. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it.

Thanks for posting..
