Default What's the dumbest guitar accessory you have ever seen?

Okay, I will start:
http://guitarhippies.com/egg-shakers-strum/

The Egg Shaker is supposed to allow you to pick a guitar and play maracas at the same time.

(Apologies in advance to anyone who has mastered this and has learned to do amazingly cool things with it.)

This thing right here. I can’t think of something more detrimental to learning guitar than turning your real guitar into a guitar hero guitar.

Bruce, I’d have to imagine using those with elixirs would result in the tightest adhesive bond known to man.. Watch out super glue!

Just giving my elixir using friends a hard time of course!

I’d prefer if the thread were titled “most unusual guitar accessory i don’t understand”.

Do you know the purpose of the holes in Crocs?

...To let your dignity leak out. Those would function in much of the same way.

Here's my vote for dumb guitar accessory:

Um, no. I think "dumbest guitar accessory" is pretty accurate.

And for the record, yes, I do think there is such a thing as a "dumb question"

Why isn't the pink one on the pinkie? That's the only thing that bothers me.

Also, with these you don't need to build up callouses or trim your nails.
