It looks like it's mainly the least expensive one that's out of stock. And I noticed today that they seem to have changed their sunburst to a darker burst that is just dang sexy!!

I wonder if this date is for new orders or for pre-existing orders too. If it is the latter, then I will have to consider cancelling. Too many good guitars out there to wait without any attempt on the part of Elderly to provide an explanation. Who is to say whether they can keep to this date any better than they did with previous dates.

Just simply a fact that more OT22s will not be in until March.

Yeah Mick, I noticed that too. Richer looking! Mine has more red in it than these newer ones,,, that are yet to arrive.

I was told that they would update the site with expected dates once they had them. I'm purchasing the left handed model and it hasn't been updated yet.

Some of the original Gibson bursts had more red like the previous version, but this new dark burst they just came out with is gorgeous. I wouldn't turn the first one down though it's pretty.

Interesting, thanks for passing this on. January sounds great at this point.

So they may be selling out shipments before they get here. I wonder how many come in a shipment?

Once those Faridas arrive at Elderly they still need to go through their inspection / Elderly expert set up correct? That might delay the ship out date out of Elderly which can be a good thing because customers would appreciate a well inspected / expert set up process.

Yeah, now they've got me wanting this darker burst too! Sunbursts do vary from guitar to guitar, even in the old Gibson line of LG2s. That's a part that makes it fun to try and date the older guitars.

Unfortunately, I cancelled my order. I had an opportunity to pick up a used Waterloo instead and jumped on it. It's a little bitter sweet and wish I could do both.
