Are you clear on how to get the video from your smartphone into your computer? Have you done any recording on your computer. If you can do those two things the rest is easy.

1. Download Shotcut and install it. https://www.shotcut.org/
2. Shoot your video and make your recording simultaneously. Before you start playing, clap your hands in front of the camera.
3. Drag and drop the video and audio into the Shotcut playlist.
4. Create a video track and an audio track on the Shotcut timeline.
5. Drag and drop the files onto their respective tracks.
6. Align the two tracks at the spike that appears in the audio waveforms where you clapped.
7. Mute the camera audio.
8. Trim the beginning and end. Move the audio and video to the start of the track.
9. Render your new video.

wow, thanks for help
In your way, you using Shocut software to sync video and audio
But, do you have another way to sync audio into video on phone no need software?
i saw some people using this one to sync out-audio on AI to phone (3.5mm jack)

Sure, with the proper adapters you can get from the audio interface into the phone.
