I say again..."let's split this category up"...they're 2 different instruments

You Tube has lots of folks playing chamber music on nylon but I want to hearpop, country, soft rock, etc. Suggestions?

BTW, I played nylon last night and I think it might be what I need.
Check out my YouTube channel. I've got over a hundred videos. I play jazz standards, Brazilian, pop, soft rock, country and hymns I reharmonized and arranged for solo guitar. Everything on a classical. I do not, however, play one single piece of the classical repertoire.

"Zac Brown" is really good. I'm sure you'd like it...

Agreed that all kinds of music can be played on a nylon / classical guitar.

Check out Keola Beamer and Jeff Peterson, who play Hawaiian Slack Key guitar on nylon string guitars a fair amount.

Lindsey Buckingham also comes to mind...

Guy Van Duser plays all sorts of stuff on nylon. Lindsey Buckingham of course does some stuff on nylon: Big Love, Brushes (instrumental version of Never Going Back).

I play classical on the nylon and some classical on steel string. I play jazz, rock, and sacred on nylon. The only thing I don't like to play on nylon is blues, although it can be done.

Duck Baker has done some great Celtic, ragtime, and jazz classic stuff on a nylon string guitar.
