Hi BoB,

I actually have one of those Mix-400 stands, and it works very well with the ZED-12, provided you don't need to transport it! It's heavy, bulky, and a hassle if you want to disassemble/reassemble it.

The keyboard stand looks vastly preferable for mobility purposes.

The ZED12fx is excellent. But I like my Soundcraft EPM-8 even better. The Soundcraft is lighter, smaller, and has two more mic channels than the ZED.

You can't go wrong with either choice, imho.
