Default Ragged And Dirty (Willie Brown)

Hi guys,

Here's my latest recording. Willie Brown's Ragged And Dirty on a Martin 000-28VS. From an arrangement by Stefan Grossman.

I hope you like it.

Great job, Doug. Great tone out of that guitar and you've got that rag/blues picking down just right, I reckon.

I always have to think about how the music in the pieces you play relates to the title. And listening to it, I guess it does sound a little ragged and dirty!

That sure was nice. I enjoyed it. Now all you have to do is try singing along with it. That took me some time get right.

Hey Sal,

I've fooled around with slide over the years and I have a nice hand cut bottleneck but I'm terrible at it. One year I'll take a slide course at FPR.

Nice job on this piece, Doug! Love the sound of that 000-28VS in there!

Nice Doug! You find the greatest stuff to play and then kick the crap out of it!
