Arrow SOLD: Taylor 714ce-Englemann/EIR Limited Edition

FS: Taylor 714ce-Englemann/EIR Limited Edition

I had the for sale before, sold it, then bought it back. Now due to some other things that have come up, am selling it again. I have barely played this one, like many others I own due to lack of time, and TOO MANY guitars. It is a "typical Taylor" sound with sparkling trebles and mids, and a solid low end. The action is conventional Taylor low and fast. The Englemann warms up the tone and "rounds out" the notes ever so slightly which leaving plenty of head room for strumming or flat picking. The added curly Maple appointments make this one especially nice.

The guitar is in fantastic condition short of one indentation on the upper bout just to the lower side of the fingerboard. It is one that I could have had easily drop filled because is isn't through the finish and isn't noticeable except at an angle (see photo below).

Enhancements:

Since I had it back, I added Gold Gotoh tuners with black buttons, and had my certified Taylor luthier change the Nut and Saddle to bone. Sounds amazing! I also had my guy go through the guitar from stem to stern and it is set up Taylor perfect.

Reach out to me for more information or photos as needed.

Specs:

Model - 2006 714CE Spring Limited Edition
Construction - Taylor NT Neck Joint
Body Size - Grand Auditorium w/ Venetian Cutaway
Top - Solid Englemann Spruce
Rosette - Abalone
Back and Sides: East Indian Rosewood
Trim Binding and Wedge: Maple
Neck Material - Tropical Mahogany
Neck Shape - Taylor Standard
Nut and Saddle Material - Bone
Fingerboard Material - Solid Black Ebony
Scale Length - 25.5"
Fingerboard Width at Nut - 1-3/4"
Fingerboard Position Inlays - Mother of Pearl Small Dots
Finish Top, Back & Sides - Polished Gloss
Finish Neck - Satin
Bridge Material - Solid Black Ebony
Tuning Machines - Gold Gotoh w/black buttons
Original Taylor Hard Shell Case

Condition: Guitar is in really excellent condition with just one or two very light and tiny indentations below the high E . It's really hard to capture it but I took a pic nonetheless (see last pic). Comes from a pet and smoke free home. Never gigged or brought outside. Always in it's case when not being played and properly humidified.

I'm asking only SOLD Plus shipping and Paypal.

Open to reasonable offers. [/SIZE]

I did my best to get this in the light at the right angle to capture this small indentation. No big deal

I had the pleasure of playing this guitar. It plays extremely easily and sounds awesome.

Great price for this pristine Taylor.

Go for it. You cannot deal with a better guy either.

Thanks Rob! Anyone who has followed my purchases and sales knows that this one has been "keeper" for me. Having all of the upgrades done recently was nothing less than my additional plan to keep this guitar. Certainly nobody spends that much money on a guitar to turn around and sell it. But, sometimes you just gotta do what ya gotta do. So...someone will get a really special Limited Edition Taylor.

Thanks to those of you who have inquired and to those who have been sitting on the edge of their seat waiting to push the "Buy it Now" button...go ahead. You won't be disappointed in this one.
