I think most people would be surprised how well Titebond can hold a bridge down. I know in my early days of repair without any formal education outside of the flimsy Martin Repair manual I glued on a few bridges without filling the torn gaps and they are still held on today. Suffice to say I do things right now and that means chisel off the spruce splinters from the bottom of the bridge and inlay them right back in place. It's really not hard to do. I would never use epoxy on a bridge. Perhaps if it was a seriously cheap guitar and a last ditch effort then maybe.
