Default Dean Markley KPA 4100 (not powering on)

Hi,
I have a Dean Markley KPA 4100. It does not power on. It's a small 4 channel mixer. So far I've just plugged it in and attempted to turn it on. Does anyone that has experience know of what could have caused it to break and what would be the first steps of identifying the problem?

It has a fuse. Did you replace that? Have you had this long term and it just stopped working or did you buy it this way? In other words has it been working fine until you plugged it in recently?
