Cool inisder info

Thanks so much for the input about pickups ect.. I have decided on the fishman matrix2 with internal mic,I plan on getting the fishman acoustic blender system(don't want to have any nasty holes cut into side).I got a chance to play a 510 with this system(only it had the installed blender on the guitar) and I was very pleased with the sound,I figure that the outboard blender will give me even more control over the sound, and avoid nasty holes. My Question to you all out thre in taylor land is...is there any place I can buy these items (online for example) and maybe save a few bucks on the retail list price,I'm not cheap but...a penny saved and all that rot. Thanks

Hi Merlot,

First Quality Music Supply is, IMHO, the best place to buy from. Best prices and selection for acoustic accessories. Their web address is http://www.fqms.com. FWIW, I've heard that the Pocket Blender actually sounds better than the standard Blender.

Hey Merlot,

Let us know how the Matrix 2 and mic work out. I have the 1 in my 410 and have been considering adding the mic. Started a thread some time ago here but haven't heard back. Thanks.

Merlot,

I think I've seen them in the past in either musiciansfriend.com or zzounds.com

That's copernic with one "p". Taken from Copernicus, that astronomer from way back when.

I use it quite often. It uses a number of different search engines at once to find your info and sorts through duplicates. Very handy.
