Default Throwing this one out there

Rough recording done fast and with lots of interruptions. I have some native flute in the mix as well bad notes and all lol what ? I said it was a fast recording lol
Anyway it was done as a challenge and I could get lyrics done in time so it's instrumental.

Last gripe for some reason useing the Reason Daw I have issue getting good export levels most baffling.

Please speak freely ...

Listening to this before going to bed. The guitar is very harmonious and complements the flute nicely.

Very nice recording too. Your sense of melody is great, the simple things can impact greatly. So when you write your song and notice if you are going in a more chill direction. You can ask yourself if it needs anything else. Can I add anything?

My answer to this is no! It was great as it was, it was just a tip I thought of today.

Thanks guys , made my day . I always wish for better takes but I never seem to get back to it to cut a better recording .
I can play the guitars main track again but things like the leads and flute never will be played the same not sure why that is maybe the mood at the time ?

When I get a chance I'll hit up the recording section see if work out my noise and volume level issues

Thanks rmp, my lyrics started off good ( I think lol) but hard fitting them to the music the flute was a after thought when I decided to just do it as quick instrumental .

Awesome glad it had that effect for you . I seem to like this style of music more so then anything but I can still rock out if need be

It's kind of funny I find more musical expressions/ creativity with the acoustic then the electric even though the acoustic mostly has a fixed sound as to the multiple effects electrics can offer .

Moody and atmospheric.
Nice.
Maybe a nice bit of tasteful acoustic bass coming in about a 3rd of the way in might add a little more to the mood?
Doesn't scream out for it and would sound perfectly OK 'as-is' if it didn't work.

Thanks ColinB and thank you Brucebub . I often don't think about bass as I'm always hoping to add deep atmospheric sythns in the mix but more often then not I don't get back to it to follow through

I have a cheap Rouge bass electric I only used it a couple of tines now it just hangs around lol

A acoustic bass hmmmm I've looked at them often but never gave a thought of getting one now you got me thinking lol thanks more money I ain't got haha ..

Ray, I'm late to the party! Really enjoyed your track.....you've got the "knack" with this style of contemplative music and it is most enjoyable. Great work!
