Default Sneak Peak of another healdsburg guitar

This one is Beam Brazilian with a wonderful European spruce top.

Florintine cutaway. African blackwood binding. Will have a AFBW fingerboard, Braz. headplate and bridge.

The stunning and creative inlay is done by Jimmi Wingert. She does really awesome work. Very creative and unique. There is someone living in this guitar! And they are spying on us all.

Oh and yes... it is for sale.

Beautiful Work John!!!!! That Brazilian is awesome stuff! The inlay is pretty cool too, those medalions would be a clever place to hide a volume dial/knob for a pickup. Healdsburg is getting close!! Thanks for sharing.

That's pretty awesome, John. Kudos are in order for you for letting Jimmi do her thing, because that inlay/medallion is very unique and "eye catching"-- sorry, someone had to say it

Thanks everyone!

Yes I told Jimmi, as well as the other three, to just do whatever they wanted to do. No direction, no restrictions (well except a budget one), just create. I occasionally get a person who commissions me to do just that and it's always liberating.

Great looking guitar John. If I ever have money again we'll talk. I do love the sound hole treatment. Looking forward to seeing and playing your work at Healdsburg.

I beat you to it, Rog - I posted the same comment on his FB page!! Great minds and etc...! (ha!).

Really nice inlay, and it's great to see it in context. John - that's some sweet Braz, and the ABW binding looks great.

Jay, I hope you get by John's table at HGF - and run the little 00 through it's paces!! I think you'll like it even though it's "quiltless" !!

Phil

Very nice, John, as always! I look forward to seeing this one, and to meeting you in person, at the Festival.

Gorgeous!

I've really enjoyed each guitar that you've been making for Healdsburg each has been absolutely amazing work!

Thanks for sharing and documenting some of the build processes.

Beautiful.

I love the shape, the wood and I really like that extra circle rosette that you have come up with of late.

Really really really nice.

Thanks for posting all these inspiring pictures.
