Not an expert, but I'm leaning Martin HD-35 on that one, based on the bound fretboard and pickguard.

That's my guess too. I used to own an HD-35 and it looks very familiar.

The other one is definitely a Takamine.

I'm sure I read an interview with this band where the guitarist said that he didn't know what model of Martin he had. All he knew was that it was an expensive one.
