Still got the blues for you/Acoustic
When I first heard Gary Moore(RIP) on the Radio playing this song, I started to cry. The Soul of his playing and singing just ripped me apart.
Well I can't Sing and Play like Gary (I had to bring it down to Bm instead of Dm) I have added the song to my gig out list. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7WI-NB5lpA Thanks to this forum to be able to share like this. Carlos |

Carlos,
Nice to meet you sir. I really dug hearing your acoustic rendition of the late G. Moore Still Got The Blues...very refreshing. I was shocked and saddened when he passed. He played with more passion then most I've ever seen ya know?! I remember him back in the Thin Lizzy days cuz my band did a few covers like Jailbreak etc...I loved his blues wether it was a strat or his les paul; so phat! He would nearly pull the fretboard off the neck it seemed! Well I thankyou for sharing and what a wonderful tribute to Mr. Moore you have done, great job! noledog

Carlos,
Very nice job! You've got the vocal chops to pull that off. Kudos and congratulations. I was shocked and saddened to learn of Gary Moore's passing. The musical legacy he has left all of us will live on. Frank |

I too remember when this song came out . I went down and bought it immediately as it moved me so much. I loved the way you sang this, Carlos so much heart in you voice. The Northwood also sounded fantastic under your fine hands. Keep on posting your works.
