Yeah we play that one. For a song with two changes you can actually put a mess of passing chords, walking chords/bass lines, chord melody etc (Ala Eldon Shamlin) and stay pretty busy without getting in the way of the bass player.

One of the fun things about backing up Texas style fiddle players, you can get pretty creative with a a different chord each beat and all the lead-ins and ker-chuncks (snare drum like back beat).
