Garageband Basics

I intend to use Garageband a bit more that I have been for the home recording my acoustic guitar.

I can record OK, I am looking for some basic guidance on tweaking the output.

I have Samson C02 mic's and Apogee One and Apogee Firewire input devices.

Any suggestion where I may go for some good resources, books, Youtube etc ?

Lynda.com also has some excellent tutorial videos, though I don't think access is free.

I think to be helpful here you'd first have to be more specific as to what "tweaking the output" means.
